    -Make ginger tea and drink it at least twice a day as it helps in enhancing the digestion and fights obesity.
    -Chew some ginger slices before meals. If you don’t like the taste, you can grate it and add salt and lemon juice. Chew two pinches before meals. It enhances the food digestion and reduces the cravings.
